Hi, my name is Kylie.
I am a Melbourne based celebrant with a corporate background. I have worked in financial services for over 20 years. During my career I have managed high value clients, facilitated staff training, hosted client workshops and delivered presentations to groups ranging in size from 15 to 350 people.
I live in Craigieburn in the northern suburbs of Melbourne with my wonderful husband whom I have been married to for nearly 15 years and our awesome son who is 6 years old.
I have always loved a fairytale; my favourite is Beauty & the Beast. I have a passion for people and as a celebrant I want to contribute to the community by assisting clients to recognize and celebrate significant milestones or people in their lives. And do it in a way that expresses your beliefs, passion’s and personality.
Why am I a celebrant and where did the name Side By Side Ceremonies come from?
I became a celebrant because of my passion for relationships, families and of the love that comes from these human connections. It comes in many forms, whether it be loving your partner, child, sibling, parent, relative or friend for who they are as individuals and the families and communities we create. I want to be part of the celebrations of that love and events used to recognize it and our loved ones.
The name Side By Side Ceremonies is about standing by my clients to create a celebration that acknowledges their love and the celebration moving through life their way.

I can assist you to create a ceremony unique to your circumstances, whether it be a wedding, vow renewal, commitment ceremony or naming ceremony. I will work with you and guide you through the creation of your day, something you can cherish.
I will present myself professionally and deliver a ceremony to the highest standard. I am happy to travel throughout the Melbourne Metro area and regionally if required (a travel fee may apply).
I can also provide additional resources to compliment your day for instance a PA system, signing table and chairs & ritual materials such as candles & hand fasting ribbons.
